Minamisoma City Council member Mr Oyama
Mr Oyama is a member of the Minamisoma City Council. His house and the area in the south of the city are too contaminated to inhabit, especially for children. His family have left; he has been alone since the early days of the accident. He is an artist and specialises in ceramics. The school where he teaches ceramics is now closed.
