The activists are taking part in a global day of action. Activists in 19 countries protest against nuclear power in advance of the March 11 memorial for the Fukushima Daiichi disaster. Greenpeace is urging the Indonesian government to drop their plans for nuclear energy and instead concentrate on enabling the rapid uptake of this region's abundant clean, safe, renewable energy resources.
