Aftermath of Red Sludge Flood in Devecser
Six months after the tragic Red Sludge Flood at Kolontár and Devecser, the effects on the two towns and the devastation of the surrounding countryside are still clearly visible. The top soil, plus dozens of houses have been removed from Devecser town centre, leaving behind a still red desert.
