The activism camp for Codrii Iașilor took place between the 27th of September - 4th of October 2021 in the Bârnova-Dobrovăț Forest (Iași County, Romania). Greenpeace brought to the same table the local authorities and the civil society for the creation of the Codrii Iașilor Natural Park.

There is an urgent need to stop the logging planned for the next 8 years in this unique forest, part of the Natura 2000 network of European habitats for endangered species. The establishment of the Codrii Iașilor Natural Park aims to recognize, conserve and promote the high values of biodiversity, traditions and critical ecosystem services the forest provides for the local communities.
