Activists from Greenpeace Russia mark 'Global Divestment Day' in St Petersburg. They join a global movement calling for people to drop fossil fuels in a bid to combat climate change. According to a recent public poll 67% of the Russian public want the future of the country to be a “highly developed economy based on high-tech solutions and effective use of renewable resources and practically independent from oil and gas”.
