Greenpeace hands over petition to a representative of japanese embassy in order to protest against japanese whaling in the Antarctica. Japan plans to start the whaling season on the following day. Eighteen Greenpeace offices join in the action and confront Japan symbolically with "eyeheads" and the slogan: "The world is watching you."
