Around 30 activists from Greenpeace France block the headquarters of EDF Energy company, avenue de Wagram in Paris. They are calling EDF’s chief to phase out all nuclear activities and denouncing the scandal of the financial and technical failures of EDF, which is due to the nuclear strategy implemented by the executives of the company. Greenpeace activists are here to stop this headlong rush. It is the security and the electricity bill of the French consumers which is at stake. EDF must change industrial direction while there is still time.
