Greenpeace Brazil's initiative with Favela Orgânica distributes 2,400 packed lunches in the communities of Complexo do Caju and Rio das Pedras, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The meals are made of organic food and the communities receive booklets with meals tips and vegetable seeds. The activity aims to encourage solidarity, support the right to healthy food and boost the local economy in a region affected by Covid-19.

Iniciativa do Greenpeace junto à Favela Orgânica distribui 2.400 marmitas com aproveitamento integral dos alimentos nas comunidades de Complexo do Caju e Rio das Pedras, no Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Além das refeições serem de alimentos orgânicos, as comunidades receberam cartilhas com dicas de alimentação e sementes de hortaliças. A ação visa incentivar a solidariedade, apoiar o direito à alimentação saudável e impulsionar a economia local de uma região impactada pela Covid-19.
