Greenpeace activists carry out a demonstration in front of the building where the Japanese Foreign Ministry is meeting with members of African and Pacific nations. The meeting, called to generate further support for Japan’s aim to overturn the moratorium on commercial whaling, comes just days before a meeting in London designed to discuss the future of the International Whaling Commission and break the deadlock between pro-whaling and pro-conservation countries.
