Greenpeace Germany developed the revolutionary efficient car which was produced by Swiss company Wenko. The 'SmILE' uses 1 liter on 30 kilometers, which is almost 50% more efficient than its conventional counterpart and other cars of similar size. It is this efficient because it is lighter and better streamlined. Even hybrid cars aren't this efficient.
