'Global Ocean Treaty Now!' Electronic Billboards in New York

A delegation of Greenpeace representatives are attending the third session of an Intergovernmental Conference on an international legally instrument under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction.
Among the delegation is actor Javier Bardem, who supports the campaign for a Global Ocean Treaty.
