A kind of ‘metamorphosis’ showing how detrimental the bottle caps are to the environment, and the wider problem these pose when they brake away into micro plastics. These images highlight the disfiguration and distortion of the caps, deteriorated from abrasion and time spent in the sea.Locations:Europe-United KingdomDate:21 Aug, 2017Credit:© Mandy Barker / GreenpeaceMaximum size:10039px X 11220pxRestrictions:GREENPEACE USE ONLY. The islands were blighted with plastic pollution. Mandy collected and sorted through the plastic packaging and created three series of fascinating compositions to support the End Ocean Plastics campaign and help deepen our understanding of this issue.Related Collections:Plastics in Oceans (All Photos & Videos)
