Bluefin Tuna - Defending Our Oceans (Mediterranean Sea: 2007)

Greenpeace activists and scientists, onboard the Rainbow Warrior, are touring the Mediterranean to document and expose the many threats facing this sea. They are calling on the countries of the Mediterranean to protect all the marine life with marine reserves in their breeding and feeding areas. They would become part of a global network of marine reserves across 40% of the world's oceans that are needed to give the oceans a chance to recover from decades of large-scale industrial exploitation.
