The paper boats were delivered to the Irish EU presidency, represented by Ambassador Tom Hanney (Representative of Ireland to the EU), Jorgo Riss (Director of Greenpeace EU), German MEP Ulrike Rodust, and Maria Damanaki (European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries).
