Community Camp for Kampar Protection
Greenpeace, Jikalahari and Community Forum to Protect Kampar Peninsula (FMPKS) build a nursery of indigenous plants and trees at the re-launch of the "Community Camp for Kampar Protection", formerly known as the Climate Defenders Camp, after it was damaged by fire by arsonists. The new camp will serve as protection and restoration of the rich carbon peatland forest of Kampar Peninsular that is vulnerable to deforestation by forest clearance companies.
