The field investigations document wide-scale clearance of forested orang-utan habitat. Major palm oil traders that supply consumer companies including Procter & Gamble are supplied by BW Plantation, KLK and Musim Mas.Greenpeace has released the results of a year long investigation showing that P&G is sourcing palm oil from companies connected to widespread forest destruction. Its sourcing policies also expose its supply chain to forest fires and habitat destruction that is pushing the Sumatran tiger to the edge of extinction. Hundreds of thousands of people have joined the movement demanding forest-friendly products. It's time P&G clean up its supply chains and guarantee their products are free from forest destruction.Related Collections:'Protect Paradise' Palm Oil Campaign - Feature Selection'Protect Paradise' Palm Oil Campaign - Press Selection (All Photographers)
