Denis Sinyakov Taken to Investigative Committee in Murmansk

Greenpeace International contracted freelance photographer Denis Sinyakov (from Russia) is taken to the Investigative Committee in Murmansk by police escort to be charged with hooliganism. Denis Sinyakov is one of the 'Arctic 30' who are now in custody, originally on a charge of piracy following a peaceful protest against Arctic oil drilling. Russian authorities say they are replacing piracy with a charge of hooliganism, punishable by seven years in prison.
