The dialogue included local and international retailers, NGOs, academia, science and government officials to discuss food packaging solutions in Hong Kong. We also delivered the customers' demands of plastic-free supermarket. The founder of French plastic-free supermarket - Didier Onraira from ‘Day By Day’ supermarket- joined the forum. This supermarket in France is showing a good example of unwrapping groceries that local supermarkets in Hong Kong should follow.
