Hologram Projection in Santiago Demands a Chile without Plastics
The image of a globe covered by plastic waste, projected by Greenpeace Andino as part of its "Chile without Plastics" campaign, in Paseo Bulnes, in front of the Palacio de La Moneda in Santiago. The projection of holograms, 90 square meters at 50 meters height, aims to make a call to all sectors of society to demand alternatives to single-use plastics. Through the virtual reality of the hologram, the environmental organization aims to generate an approach to the problems of the planet: "We realized the importance of looking at ecosystems to generate a real connection with the meanings of protecting, conserving and preserving our land", explains Soledad Acuña, spokesperson for the Chile sin Plastics Movement.
