Japanese Whaling - Southern Ocean
The Yushin Maru catcher ship of the Japanese whaling fleet injures a whale with it's first harpoon attempt, and takes a further three harpoon shots before finally killing the badly injured fleeing whale. Greenpeace is using every peaceful means available to bring the hunt to an early end and make it the last time the Sanctuary is breached by the whalers.
