Portland Resident Brenton Goldsworthy Talks About the Wind Turbine Impact

Portland, in the state of Victoria, was the first Australian council to receive a development application for wind turbines and now has enough in the shire to provide energy for several local towns combined. Portland resident, Brenton Goldsworthy said "Wind turbines have been a fantastic venture, it's been a fantastic move by Keppel Prince and the business people and the local people that have got behind this project. It's good for Portland, it's good for the community, it's good to generate employment and it's good to generate a long term income from projects such as building turbines."
