The CASTOR (Cask for Storage and Transport of Radioactive material) is a train convoy carrying eleven 100-tonne containers of radioactive waste. Measurements of these containers show that the radioactivity in each one is higher than what was released at Chernobyl in 1986 - this makes the CASTOR transport effectively a Chernobyl on wheels.
