Shell's Polar Pioneer drill platform arrived in Seattle's Elliot Bay, after being carried aboard a transport ship from Malaysia to Port Angeles and offloaded. Shell's drilling equipment is being staged in Seattle before being sent to the Alaskan Arctic for oil exploration.
