Der von den drei Schweizer Firmen Wenko, BRM und Esoro im auftrag von Greenpeace gewichts- und verbrauchsoptimierte Renault benotigt fast die Halfte weniger Benzin als das Originalfahrzeug.

The "Idee Suisse / Swiss Society for Idea and Innovation Management" has awarded its "Swiss Innovation Award for claims of economic opportunities for the future" for 1996 to Greenpeace and the designers of the Twingo SmILE. The car was produced by the three Swiss companies Wenko, BRM and Esoro on behalf of Greenpeace. The weight-and fuel- optimized Renault needs half of the fuel compared to the original vehicle.
