Different types of line and hooks are used, according to the species. There is no bycatch and because the fish are caught live, any undersized ones are immediately put back in the water. The fish are quickly sorted, tagged and put into boxes of slush ice, which keeps them in the best possible condition.Related Collections:UK Fishing Industry
