The action is a protest against the continued production of CFC's, HCFC's and HFC's by Du Pont. Activists handcuff and chain themselves to the train and to the tracks. Du Pont is the largest producer of ozone destroying CFC's in the world. Greenpeace demands a ban on the production of CFC's. NASA enforces this demand by their research results during the last winter. They observed a demolition of the ozone layer above the Northern Hemisphere of 10 to 20%. NASA warns that we can expect an even higher breakdown in the near future.
