From March 26th to 31st, Greenpeace holds an exhibition in a Beijing shopping centre to show the public the value of e-waste with information panels, and an art installation made of over 500 old mobile phones is also exhibited.
The event is part of the ReThink IT campaign.
In March 2019, Greenpeace East Asia released the "Circular Economy's Potential for Electronics in China" report which forecasts the value of metals in e-waste in 2030.
