Greenpeace activists protest against climate-unfriendly SUVs in Bremerhaven on the vehicle carrier "Glovis Sky" by Hyundai, which is transporting several 100 BMW SUVs to Germany. The environmental activists are peacefully protesting in inflatables and also with banners on the ship's loading ramp. At the ship's outer wall, the 35 environmentalists have attached a banner with the slogan "Climate Killer aboard". Another vehicle carrier close by in the harbour is loaded with more than 2.000 SUVs from BMW and Mercedes. Both manufacturers have those heavy and high-horsepower drives built in the US and ship them from there to Germany. These vehicles are significantly more climate-damaging than other cars due to their heavy weight and large engines. 

Gegen klimaschaedliche SUVs protestieren Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten von Greenpeace heute am Autoterminal in Bremerhaven an einem Transportschiff, das mehrere 100 weitere BMW-Sportgelaendewagen nach Deutschland liefert. In Schlauchbooten und auf der Laderampe protestieren sie mit "Klimakiller"-Handbannern vor den auszuladenden Autos. Das Schiff liegt unmittelbar neben einem zweiten, dass mehr als 2000 SUVs von BMW und Mercedes anliefert. Beide Hersteller lassen die schweren, PS-starken Autos im Ausland bauen und verschiffen sie von dort nach Deutschland. Diese Autos sind durch ihr hohes Gewicht und die großen Motoren deutlich klimaschädlicher als andere Pkw.
