In the advertisements for Swiss meat and milk, we are led to believe that we live in an ideal world with happy animals on green meadows. But our agriculture has not corresponded to this image for a long time. The climate crisis is having increasingly dramatic effects, which are also affecting agriculture. Yet agriculture could be part of the solution.
