Clean Graffiti Protest at Edeka Supermarket in Cologne
Greenpeace activists protest at an Edeka supermarket in Cologne for more animal welfare and climate protection. With banners, large stickers and clean graffiti messages, the environmental activists call on Edeka to stop selling meat from the lowest farming level. Edeka is the only large food retailer that refuses to remove fresh meat from its home-brand from the animal welfare-unfriendly farming method from its range.
Banner reads: „Edeka, Haltung zeigen - Billigfleisch raus!“ (Edeka, show attitude. Get rid of cheap meat).
Graffiti reads: „Edeka lässt Schweine leiden.“ (Edeka lets animals suffer).
