Protest at Prime Minister's Office in Warsaw
Following strict protective measures against COVID-19 infections, Greenpeace activists spread a 15/20 meter banner calling for a green and healthy future for all. Action took place in front of the Polish prime minister's office.
The banner said: “going back to normal= crisis”. We can't get back to normal, because “normal” is putting millions out of work and eventually it’s going to undermine their economic and social security. Coronavirus shows vulnerabilities of the existing economic models that have to be challenged and turned into new thinking. To keep us safe and resilient to any crisis situations we have to put people and nature beyond monetary profits.
