Nature of the “Ladoga Skerries» National Park. Voluntary forest firefighters work for more than 10 years on the territory of the park.
In the summer of 2021, they extinguished a fire on Putsaari Island.
The detachment included employees of Greenpeace Russia, the Ural reserve “Denezhkin Kamen” and volunteer forest firefighters. The area covered by the fire was approximately 100 hectares. It took more than a week to put out the fires.
One of the sketes of the world famous Valaam Monastery is located on the Putsaari Island. 

Природа национального парка "Ладожские шхеры", на территории которого больше 10 лет работают добровольные лесные пожарные.
Летом 2021 года они тушили пожар на острове Путсаари. В отряд вошли сотрудники Greenpeace, уральского заповедника «Денежкин Камень» и добровольные лесные пожарные. Площадь, пройденная огнём, составила примерно 100 гектаров. Тушить пожары пришлось больше недели.
На острове Путсаари расположен один из скитов всемирно известного Валаамского монастыря.
