Activists from Greenpeace Spain call on governments to protect at least 30% of the ocean by 2030 and secure a strong Global Ocean Treaty in the IGC4 conference (the fourth Intergovernmental Conference on Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction) at the UN in 2022.
