Representatives of the Zero Waste Project of Greenpeace Russia handed over to Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko the signatures of Russians who advocate restricting single-use plastic in Russia.
Since November 2019, 142 thousand people have supported the petition.
Victoria Abramchenko was also approached by a virtual seagull, who asked her to act and limit disposable plastic.
