Mr Ogunimaru in Onahama Port
Mr Ogunimaru is a recreational fishing boat owner. Ogunimaru is actually the name of his boat, which he uses to take clients on fishing trips, but everyone calls him Mr Ogunimaru. Most of his clients come from Tokyo, but since the Fukushima disaster and reports of radioactive waste being dumped into the sea many of them have not returned due to contamination fears. He and his colleagues have taken on the complicated and time-consuming task of applying for compensation from the government. So far he has had no luck, and has taken on other work to support his family.
