Confronting French Trawler in North Atlantic
Greenpeace activists are in the water with a buoy and a banner to protest against the French fishing vessel Pierre-Jacques Matigny which is deep sea trawling 60 miles North West of the north tip of Ireland and at 1000 meters below sea level. The trawler is registered in Lorient and operated by the Scapeche for Intermarche supermarket chain.
