Mexico Reef Research
Working together with environmental organisation Greenpeace, a group of marine scientists have surveyed coral reefs in the Gulf of Mexico. Reef ecosystems are vulnerable to the impacts of climate change and ocean acidification which result from man-made carbon emissions. The research was conducted just before the start of the COP16 on climate change in Cancun, Mexico.
