Greenpeace 'Arctic 30' members have received their amnesty papers from the Investigative Committee in St. Petersburg and will soon be able to leave Russia. The 'Arctic 30' (28 Greenpeace activists and 2 freelance journalists) were detained for 100 days by Russian Security forces following a peaceful protest at a Gazprom operated Arctic oil platform in the Pechora Sea.
