Greenpeace action to block the discharge pipe into the river Llobregat near Barcelona, Catalonia, used by Solvay, Viniclor and Hispavic comapanies. PVC production at Solvay produces highly toxic waste which is discharged a few metres away from a drinking water intake for Barcelona. A banner was unfurled along a nearby railway bridge.
