Oil Pipeline in Komi Republic
An oil pipeline is mounted on empty oil barrels outside Khoryaga in NAO (Nenets Autonomous Region) in Russia. An international group of Greenpeace experts and volunteers together with partner organization Save the Pechora Committee will patrol the region of Komi Republic (Russia) to find and map numerous oil spills, clean up an oil-contaminated area, and collect case studies and experiences from the local population, bearing witness to the huge scale of the problem.
