The bear is in NZ to raise awareness that what's happening in the Arctic isn't staying in the Arctic and that the impacts of climate change are being felt around the world. Greenpeace is campaigning for a ban on offshore drilling in the Arctic, and for the uninhabited area around the North Pole to be declared a global sanctuary.
