Two-year-old Wang Haoxuan, lives in Mashan Village, Liguo Town. He lives roughly 70 meters from the steel furnace of the South Eastern steel plant. The noise, smoke and dust have had a heavy impact on his quality of life. In order to stay healthy he must stay inside with the doors and windows closed. Once, over the course of about nine months, Haoxuan was hospitalized twice every month. He was suffering from bronchitis, pneumonia and fever. His family are growing increasingly worried for his health.
