Oil spill response vessel, The Ocean Sentinel, attempts to contain oil from a broken pipeline in the Pacific Ocean near Goleta. A 24-inch underground pipeline leaked into a culvert leading to the ocean. Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline said up to 105,000 of gallons of oil were released before the pipeline was shut down.
