A Greenpeace activist dressed as polar bear joins a hockey player on the penalty bench as fellow protestors unfurl banners reading ‘Free The Arctic 30’ and ‘Save The Arctic’ behind them. This action takes place during a Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) ice hockey game between the Gazprom sponsored teams, HC Lev Praha and Avangard Omsk at the Tipsport Arena in Prague.

Greenpeace demands that Gazprom, which is a Russian state-owned company, cease their high-risk oil exploration in the Arctic.

The protesters are also repeating demands for the release of the 28 Greenpeace International activists, as well as a freelance photographer and a freelance videographer currently in custody pending investigations into a peaceful Arctic oil protest.
