Greenpeace blockade of a shipment from Norsk Hydro's PVC operations at Porsgrunn in southern Norway. Six Greenpeace activists chained themselves to the loading arms on the quay and the BELUGA manoeuvered itself between the TROUT and the quay, preventing it from berthing. The TROUT was attempting to load VCM (vinyl chloride monomer), a toxic raw material needed for PVC production.
