Ger Loeb, cook on board SOLO. SOLO was in the Kara Sea to document nuclear submarine reactor dumps off the Russian nuclear test site Novaya Zemlya. The ship was arrested and boarded by armed Russian coastguards whilst in international waters and towed back to the military base of Tyuba Guba near Murmansk.
