GE Action at Downing Street
A group of Greenpeace activists, dressed in white overalls, unload a truck with the message "Tony Don't Swallow Bill's Seed" at the steps of Downing Street. The four tons of genetically engineered soya beans from the USA were delivered to the home of British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, one of the few people who claim to want to eat it. At the same time, a selection of organically grown produce was offered to Blair with the message "Tony Go Organic".
