Greenpeace activists wearing pink t-shirts protest in front of Taiwan's Fisheries Agency (FA) calling for efficient monitoring of Taiwanese-owned vessels. The girl in the front holds a Greenpeace report. The protest is to point out that the FA have failed in its job to investigate the illegal ship carrier MV Lung Yuin. The Lung Yuin is destined to collect tuna from the Pacific Ocean for market shelves in Japan, Taiwan and the US.
