A month after the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disasters hit Japan, at least a hundred environmental activists from Greenpeace gathered at Bantayog ng mga Bayani in Quezon City, to attend a vigil in support of the Japanese victims and to call for an end to nuclear power around the world. The activists also hoisted thousands of paper cranes.
