Preperations underway for making the world's largest, organic, GM free Baingan ka Bharta at Delhi Haat, New Delhi. Greenpeace along with the support of 100,000 citizens, Le Meridien, Indian Culinary Forum, Farmer's union groups as well as Delhi Resident Welfare groups created a world record of largest organic GM-free Baingan ka bharta. The record is a form of protest against the proposed Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India (BRAI) Bill.
